The return or exchange period is 7 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.

If our store is responsible for the exchange or return, whether due to a defect or flaw in the product or an error on our part, please contact our customer service by email, and we will collect the additional merchandise at our expense.

The following cases are the customer’s responsibility:

Exchange of size or product.

Customer error.

Receiving a product in a different color than the one shown on your screen. It is important to note that colors may vary depending on the manufacturer or monitor settings.

In all these cases, the corresponding costs will be borne by the customer. Please contact us by email, and we will find the best solution based on your order situation.

Returns will be processed in the same way as the original payment was made. Once the return has been authorized and agreed upon by the customer and the store, the process will be completed within 3 to 30 business days.
